TRISANDHIYA MATA HISTORY 

A wonderful stream flowing down the slopes of a mountain twice or thrice a day is considered as very sacred by the devotees. The main characteristics of this stream is that after flowing foir some time from the top of the mountain down the ravine, it gets receding and surprisingly from downwards to upwards and finally disaapers leaving no trace of water. Astonishingly, there is neither a lake'pond nor any glacier at the top of the mountain where-from it may originate...

DACHHAN   Dachhan  is a picturesque remote area of district Kishtwar. It is 50 km away from district headquarters Kishtwar and 280 km away from Jammu, the winter capital of J&K state. Hudh Mata Shrine Hudh Mata Shrine In Tehsil Dachhan District Kishtwar  The holy shrine of Shree Hudh Mata located in the lap of famous Brahma Peak, said to be abode of Lord Brahma, at a height of about 13000 ft from the sea level in village Anantnalah of Teshil Dachhan, on the northern side of District HQ Kishtwar and Western side of high altitudinal Zanskar, Ladakh is also an abode of Shiv Parivar i.e. Lord Shiva, Mata Parvati and Lord Ganesha. Amid the picturesque snow peaked mountains, water falls, pastures, lush green flora and fauna of the surroundings, there is a small cave where three naturally formed Shivlingams exist like that of Shiv Khori Shrine in Reasi district.
